About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to handle outbound calls, generate leads, promote company services, and convert prospects into potential customers.

Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain and promote company products/services.
Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Maintain customer and lead records.
Generate sales opportunities through effective communication.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Prepare daily call and sales reports.

Required Skills




Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident in telecalling and sales pitching.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to handle outbound calls professionally.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates from Mumbai preferred.
Western Line candidates preferred.
