Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end pre-sales technical support for SEUIC's AIDC product lines in the local market.
n
Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations and technical workshops for local prospects and enterprise clients.
n
Collaborate with the local sales team to match and recommend the most suitable SEUIC hardware products (PDA, industrial tablet, RFID devices) based on client's on-site usage scenarios and functional requirements.
n
Respond to technical inquiries, prepare pre-sales documents including technical proposals, solution briefs and quotation supporting materials.
n
Participate in local industry events, partner meetings and product promotion activities to showcase SEUIC's technical advantages.
n
Collect local market technical demands, competitor product information and feed back optimization suggestions to SEUIC's global R&D; and product team.

Qualifications

n





n
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation or related technical fields.
n
2+ years of pre-sales experience in AIDC, industrial mobile devices, RFID or related enterprise IT industries.
n
Solid technical knowledge of PDA, industrial tablets, RFID hardware and typical industry application scenarios.
n
Fluent in English (working proficiency) and local languages, with excellent presentation and cross-team communication skills.
n
Capable of independent work from home, with solid self-management ability to coordinate multi-party tasks across different time zones.
n
Prior experience serving local enterprise clients in logistics, manufacturing, retail, or public sectors is a robust plus.
