Reporting to: Founder and CEO of Subsidiary entity at Coimbatore

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India

Qualification and Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA); 10+ years

n

Other Experience: Experience of working in a listed company while initially working in a start-up environment.

n

Role Purpose

n

The Financial Controller will be responsible for ensuring robust financial governance, accurate and timely financial reporting, strong internal controls, statutory and regulatory compliance, and seamless accounting operations.

n

Key Responsibilities

Leadership skill – handling teams and dealing with cross-teams, smooth interface with auditors, consultants and business heads
n
Business acumen while understanding SAAS based service offering environment
n
Positive articulation and communication skills
n
Strong sense of technology including Ai
n
Solid belief in SOPs, Process, Policies and Internal Controls
n
Positive understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and reporting requirements.
n
Compliance & Regulatory oriented approach
n
Understanding of direct taxes/GST/Labour Laws
