Role & responsibilities - complete lab analysis and quality testing and receiving milk end to end ensuring the quality of milk from receiving end to customer end, cold chain management , milk adulteration testing ,bacteria load test in the milk like MBRT etc.. should have compete experience on dairy and dairy related product and quality testing
