About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Lab Technician to join our hospital laboratory team. The candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests accurately, handling patient samples, maintaining laboratory equipment, and following all quality and safety protocols.

Freshers with the required qualification are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates will be preferred based on relevant skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities Collect, receive, label, and process blood, urine, and other clinical samples.

Perform routine laboratory investigations as per hospital protocols.

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers.

Ensure accurate testing, documentation, and timely reporting of results.

Follow proper sample handling, storage, and disposal procedures.

Maintain laboratory cleanliness, hygiene, and infection-control standards.

Perform internal quality checks and follow laboratory SOPs.

Maintain daily records, registers, and test documentation.

Report equipment issues, abnormal results, or sample-related problems to the concerned senior.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments when required.

Follow biomedical waste management and laboratory safety guidelines.

Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.

Qualification DMLT / B.Sc. MLT / B.Sc.



Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent qualification.

Freshers can apply.

Candidates with relevant laboratory experience are preferred.

Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment is required.

Skills & Competencies Good knowledge of basic laboratory investigations.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Ability to handle multiple samples and work in a hospital environment.

Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Responsible, punctual, and patient-friendly attitude.

Experience Freshers: Candidates who have recently completed DMLT/B.Sc. MLT and are looking to start their career in a hospital laboratory are encouraged to apply.

Experienced: Candidates with prior experience in hospital/diagnostic laboratory services will be considered based on their experience and technical skills.
