As an Analytical Chemist in the Mechanical and Chemical Test Department, you will be responsible for delivering varied and complex tests and programs and applying tests using equipment and Test Standards. Test activities will include FTIR, TGA, DSC, Xenon, UV, Gloss, Delta E, UTM. You will also be responsible for ISO 17025 & ISO 9001 related documentation
Technical Skill:
· Conduct testing and quality assurance for polymer products.
· Develop and execute test plans and cases.
· Ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations.
· Identify the potential product failures & Report Preparation
· Implementation and sustaining of process and procedures as related to the test lab activities as per ISO & NABL requirements.
· Determine lab equipment requirements, work with external vendor's and internal purchasing teams to procure and install and calibration. Develop new testing facilities and prepare their scopes.
· Follow up with third party test labs to conduct tests.
Experience of working with NABL accredited lab. will get additional weightage.
