Your Mission: /n To lead knitting operations by ensuring productive production, superior product quality, and a highly engaged workforce, ultimately delivering products that meet customer expectations while optimizing cost and operational performance. /n Responsibilities: /n Operational Excellence /n /n

- Plan and manage production to ensure timely delivery of products meeting defined quality standards.

/n

- Maintain optimal efficiency level across operations.

/n

- Control second-quality output to within the maximum tolerance.

/n

- Minimize material waste and improve resource utilization.

/n

- Optimize overtime through effective workforce planning and shift management.

/n

- Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and quality.

/n

- Achieve targeted cost-saving initiatives within defined timelines.

/n

- Monitor and control yarn consumption in line with standard GSM requirements.

/n

- Collaborate with the design team to proactively address and prevent quality issues.

/n

- Work closely with operators and technicians to improve machine performance and output.

/n

- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), manufacturing,



and quality standards.

/n /n People Management & Development /n /n

- Partner with HR to develop an effective manpower plan, ensuring adequate staffing and succession for critical roles.

/n

- Define and monitor KPIs to drive performance and accountability.

/n

- Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.

/n

- Foster employee engagement and motivation through team building and recognition initiatives.

/n /n Profile /n /n

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Textile Technology or a related field.

/n

- Strong understanding of knitting operations, production planning, and quality control.

/n

- Proven ability to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements.

/n

- Effective leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

/n

- Good communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional environments.

/n

- Certifications in Production and Quality Control are an added advantage.
