- Drive Operations and manage end-to-end holiday packages (domestic & international)
- Ensuring high client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) through seamless holiday package execution
- Optimizing supplier performance and costs while maintaining operational efficiency
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement

Core Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in holiday packages operations or travel industry roles
- Strong understanding of destinations, suppliers, and holiday pricing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
