About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Service Engineer to join our Service & Technical Support team for the installation, servicing, troubleshooting, calibration support, and maintenance of laboratory and scientific instruments.

This position is suitable for ITI Electrician or Diploma Electrical candidates, including freshers who are interested in developing a career in technical field service.

Training will be provided to suitable freshers on laboratory instruments, troubleshooting procedures, documentation, and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of laboratory and scientific instruments at customer sites.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Electrical troubleshooting and fault finding.
- Use of multimeter and other basic electrical testing instruments.
- Identify and replace faulty electrical/electronic components where applicable.
- Assist in calibration and performance verification of laboratory instruments.
- Provide basic operational training to customers.
- Attend customer complaints and service calls.
- Prepare service reports, installation reports, calibration-related documents and other technical documentation.
- Coordinate with senior service engineers for complex technical issues.
- Maintain proper records of service visits, spare parts and equipment status.
- Travel to customer locations for installation, servicing and training.
- Follow company safety procedures and service protocols.

Required Qualification
- ITI – Electrician
- OR
- Diploma in Electrical EngineeringExperience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, field service, instrumentation,



laboratory equipment or similar technical work will also be considered.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and wiring.
- Ability to use a multimeter.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read simple electrical wiring diagrams.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good documentation and report-writing skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
