Role Overview:

As a Jr. Quantity Surveyor at Flatworld Solutions, you will be integral to our Engineering Services department, focusing on quantity surveying tasks that support our construction and engineering projects. This role involves detailed quantity take-offs, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), project cost estimation, and documentation management. You will work closely with senior estimators and coordinate with various teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all estimations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Measure quantities using digital take-off software.
- Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
- Verify drawing dimensions and specifications.
- Maintain quantity take-off records.
- Assist in preparing project cost estimates.




- Support pricing using company databases.
- Analyze project scope.
- Prepare material quantity reports.
- Assist in tender submissions.
- Study drawings and specifications.
- Organize tender documents.
- Maintain estimation folders.
- Update project tracking sheets.
- Prepare estimation summaries.
- Work closely with Senior Estimators.
- Coordinate with CAD/BIM teams.
- Clarify drawing discrepancies.
- Attend internal estimation meetings.
- Follow company estimation procedures.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in:

- Civil Engineering

- Construction Engineering

- Quantity Surveying

- Construction Management
