Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing online and offline program activities to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, partners, and vendors to facilitate seamless program execution.
- Support the planning and organization of events, webinars, workshops, meetings, and other stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Maintain program-related databases, documentation, trackers, and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Coordinate follow-up activities with the Sales/Business Development team to support partner engagement and program outcomes.
- Monitor program timelines, track deliverables, and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Prepare presentations, meeting notes, progress reports, and other program-related documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day program management activities.




- Identify operational challenges and escalate issues, where required, to ensure smooth execution.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. A postgraduate degree is an advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, operations, events, or stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
