We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Junior Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day production activities, monitoring production processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing daily production activities.

- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to production targets and schedules.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams for smooth operations.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and other resources.

- Monitor production output and identify process-related issues.

- Maintain production records, reports, and daily documentation.

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards.

- Assist in identifying production bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.

- Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices on the shop floor.





- Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting production and machine-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and manufacturing procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.

- Good understanding of MS Office, especially Excel.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to work on the shop floor and in rotational shifts, if required.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and basic production planning.

- Basic understanding of quality control and workplace safety.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
