Job Overview

Brightsun Travel is looking for a Junior Product Executive to support the Product Team in managing hotel, holiday, cruise, and travel products for the UK market.

The role involves price updating, competitor analysis, product loading, content writing, research, and data management. The ideal candidate should have good Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and an interest in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing & Product Updates

- Update hotel, holiday package, cruise, and promotional prices in internal systems and product sheets.
- Check supplier rates, offers, supplements, board basis, and package inclusions.
- Identify incorrect or expired pricing and update the information promptly.
- Maintain accurate pricing and product trackers.

Competitor Analysis

- Regularly compare company prices with major UK tour operators and online travel companies.
- Compare package prices, hotels, cruises, flights, board basis, baggage, transfers, and added-value services.
- Highlight pricing gaps and share findings with the Product Executive/Product Team Leader.

Product Loading & Content

- Load and update hotels, holiday packages, destinations, and promotional offers.
- Ensure room types, board basis, star ratings, transfers, and inclusions are accurately updated.
- Write and update hotel descriptions, destination information,



package highlights, and USPs.
- Review website and marketing content for accuracy.

Product Research

- Research hotels, destinations, attractions, cruises, and new holiday opportunities.
- Review competitor websites, customer reviews, and travel market trends.
- Support the Product Team with new product and destination research.

Sales & Marketing Support

- Provide accurate product and pricing information to Sales and Marketing teams.
- Assist with price checks before campaigns and promotions go live.
- Respond promptly to product and pricing queries from the UK team.

Required Skills
- Solid numerical and analytical skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong research and basic content-writing skills.
- Ability to work quickly and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in travel, hotels, holidays, and tourism products.

Candidate Profile Freshers and graduates are welcome to apply if they have strong Excel, communication, research, and analytical skills.

Candidates with experience in travel, tourism, hotels, holiday packages, product operations, or e-commerce will be preferred.
