US IT Recruiter

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for US-based IT positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting, and coordinating qualified candidates while maintaining strong candidate and client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities
Understand US IT job requirements and client hiring needs.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, job portals, referrals, and internal databases .
Review resumes and identify candidates matching job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills, experience, communication, availability, and work authorization.
Verify candidate visa status and work authorization .
Work with US staffing models including W2, C2C, and 1099 .
Submit qualified candidates to clients, vendors, or account managers.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up for interview feedback and candidate status.
Negotiate pay rates and manage candidate expectations.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.




Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM/Excel .
Track submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Stay updated on US IT hiring trends and market requirements.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
Valuable understanding of US recruitment and staffing processes.
Knowledge of US work authorization and visa categories.
Robust sourcing and Boolean search skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of IT technologies and job roles.
Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Experience with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, Dice, and other recruitment platforms is preferred.
