About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to manage and expand our business in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.

The candidate will be responsible for developing the distributor and retailer network, driving sales of our Mobile Finance Locker / EMI Locker solutions, managing the territory, and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and finance partners in the assigned territory.
Identify and onboard new distributors and retail partners.
Promote and sell the company's Mobile Finance Locker / EMI Locker products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
Generate current business opportunities within the assigned territory.




Train distributors and retailers on product features, usage, and sales processes.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
Ensure timely reporting of daily market visits, sales activities, and business performance.
Resolve distributor and retailer issues promptly.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate preferred.
2–5 years of experience in field sales, telecom, mobile finance, mobile accessories, EMI/fintech, or related industries.
Experience in distributor/channel sales will be an advantage.
Robust knowledge of the Moradabad market and surrounding areas.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to generate recent business and manage existing channel partners.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications, and digital tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
