About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Diploma Engineer Trainees to join our Production team. You will be responsible for handling assembly operations of Geared motors & Gear Boxes.

Responsibilities - Perform assembly of units as per given schedule.
Follow standard assembly procedures & techniques.
Communicate for shortages of material.
Part picking from the locations as needed.
Communicate for daily output and pending jobs.
Up keeping workstation, tools & equipment’s.
Part verification before assembly.
Follow safety rules while working.
Inform about damaged components – tools.




Maintain positive housekeeping standards.
Maintain Quality Management System as applicable.
Authorized to stop assembly if found any non-conformity during assembly.
Authorized to release unit for testing.

Qualifications - Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering or ITI (Fitter) Experience - 0 – 2 years in engineering industry Required Skills - Understanding of Engineering drawings & Specification, conceptual knowledge of assembly, Use of measuring instruments Pay range and compensation package - CTC 2.5 to 2.8 lakhs per annum
