Provide technical support to international customers through Voice & Chat
Understand customer issues and provide accurate troubleshooting
Troubleshoot basic website, hosting, WordPress,



API and server-related issues
Identify technical problems and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when required
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Follow process guidelines and meet quality and productivity targets
