Key Responsibilities

Teaching and Learning

Design, prepare, and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and interactive sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate management programs.

Utilize contemporary pedagogical techniques (e.g., case studies, simulations, experiential learning, and blended learning tools) tailored to business education.
n
Develop course syllabi, curriculum frameworks, and learning assessment methodologies in alignment with academic standards and industry needs.
n
Evaluate student performance fairly and constructively through assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations.

Research and Scholarly Activity

n

n
Conduct high-quality, independent, and team-oriented research in areas relevant to management and business studies.
n
Regularly publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed, high-impact journals (e.g., ABDC-listed, Scopus-indexed, or Web of Science).
n
Present research findings at national and international conferences,



symposia, and academic workshops.
n
Actively seek external grants, corporate sponsorships, or funding for research projects where applicable.

Student Mentorship and Guidance

n

Serve as an academic advisor and mentor to students, providing guidance on academic trajectories, career paths, and professional development.
n
Supervise student research projects, dissertations, summer internships, and capstone projects.
n
Foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning setting.
n

Institutional Service and Administrative Duties

n

n
Actively participate in departmental meetings, faculty boards, and university-wide committees (e.g., accreditation, curriculum design, student placement, admissions).
n
Contribute to institutional accreditation processes (e.g., AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS, NAAC, NBA, etc.).
n
Build and maintain linkages with industry partners for guest lectures, live projects, corporate mentoring, and student placements.
