We are seeking an experienced securities-market trainer and subject matter expert to deliver a vocational video course covering stock-market operations, client coordination and equity-advisory support workflows.

Responsibilities
Review and validate the supplied course content and video scripts.
Suggest necessary technical, operational and regulatory corrections.
Present the course confidently on camera.
Record practical software demonstrations using fictional or simulated cases.
Explain securities-market and client-coordination workflows clearly.
Demonstrate suitable onboarding, account, advisory-tracking and compliance-support processes.
Participate in rehearsals, content discussions and video-recording sessions.
Re-record sections when corrections or production improvements are required.
Ensure content respects applicable regulatory and skilled boundaries.

Required Experience
Practical knowledge of Indian securities-market operations.
Familiarity with sub-broker, authorised-person or investment-advisory support workflows.
Experience with client onboarding, KYC coordination and trading/demat account processes.
Understanding of equity research coordination, advisory records and compliance monitoring.




Familiarity with broker platforms, CRM systems, spreadsheets or market-information tools.
Explicit verbal communication and presentation skills.
Confidence delivering structured lessons and software demonstrations on camera.

Preferred Qualifications
NISM certification or another relevant securities-market qualification.
Experience with a brokerage, sub-broker, RIA, research organisation or financial-training institution.
Background in securities operations, advisory support or compliance coordination.
Previous teaching, webinar or educational-video experience.

Engagement Details
Type: Project-based
Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks
Work involved: Content validation, rehearsals, software demonstrations and video recording
Recording: Availability for scheduled recording sessions is mandatory
Compensation: Based on experience and final scope
