Job Title: Telecaller – Outbound Outreach

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to make outbound calls to prospective participants and introduce them to a professional nomination and recognition chance.

The role involves explaining the nomination process, identifying interested prospects and following up with them to complete their submissions.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls using the database provided.
Introduce the nomination chance and explain the process clearly.
Encourage eligible prospects to submit their nominations.
Follow up with interested contacts through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses and follow-up requirements.
Share nomination forms and relevant information with prospects.
Respond professionally to basic questions and escalate complex queries when required.
Work towards daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.




Regularly update the outreach tracker or CRM.

Candidate Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Comfortable making a high volume of outgoing calls.
Confident, polite and persuasive telephone manner.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to follow up consistently and maintain accurate records.
Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working with targets.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or lead generation would be an advantage but is not compulsory.
