Position: Project Manager (Commercial Interior Design Execution)

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
n
Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to deadlines and financial constraints.
n
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to procure materials, furniture, and accessories.
n
Oversee the installation and implementation of design plans, ensuring quality and accuracy.
n
Conduct site visits to assess project progress, address any issues or concerns, and provide solutions as needed.
n
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback,



and address any questions or concerns.
n
Maintain thorough documentation of project details, including contracts, invoices, and change orders.
n
Keep abreast of industry trends, products, and best practices to continually improve project outcomes.

Requirements:

n

n
Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.
n
Proven experience in Commercial interior design project management & supervision.
n
Robust knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
n
Proficiency in project management software and tools (Autocad , Sketchup).
n
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure.
n
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
n
Industry Preference: Corporate Interiors, Design & Build, Commercial Fit-Outs, Managed Office Spaces, Workplace Solutions.
