Job Role The candidate will be responsible for handling travel-related inquiries, communicating with customers, preparing travel packages, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into bookings.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and computer applications.

Target-oriented and customer-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to travel packages.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packages.
Prepare and explain travel itineraries and packages.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain regular communication with customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth trip execution.
