About the Role

n

The Deputy Manager - QA will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of materials and processes, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards of quality assurance.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
Analyze incoming material test reports and ensure data accuracy.
n
Analyze in process inspection test report.
n
Vendor Evaluation and feedback on different parameters.
n
Analyze the process gap on the basis of audits and feedback from customers or vendors.
n
Calibration of instruments.
n
Planning and coordination of Internal,



External audits.
n
Control all IMS documents & relevant formats.
n
Analyze the process defects & prepare action plan to control them.
n
Incorporate the actions taken to control the defects in FMEA.
n
Customer satisfaction ratings.
n
Acknowledge customer complaint and submit CA.
n
Monitor quality scrap not exceed as per the standard scrap%.
n
Prepare and present Management Review.
n
Completion of assigned task on given timelines.
n
Completion of departmental priorities as planned in the quarter.
n

Qualifications

n

n
Full Time - B. Tech or M Tech in Textile.
n

n

Required Skills

n

n
Proficient in MS Excel, planning.
n
ERP experience preferred.
n

n

Preferred Skills

n

n
Stability in career (not frequent changes).
n
Outstation candidates to shift with family.
n
Mandatorily from the industry specified.
