What will you do?

As a Sales Growth Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping customers make informed decisions about hearing solutions.

• Connect with customers through phone-based B2C conversations

n

• Understand their needs and concerns related to hearing loss

n

• Recommend suitable hearing aid solutions based on their lifestyle and budget

n

• Guide customers as a trusted advisor and connect them with our partner providers

n

• Drive the conversation toward successful conversions and customer satisfaction

n

Who are we looking for?

n





Excellent communication and active listening skills

n

High proficiency in Hindi & English — mandatory

n

Proficiency in any one of the following regional languages is also mandatory:

n

Tamil | Telugu | Kannada | Malayalam | Punjabi

n

A confident, empathetic, and customer-focused approach

n
