JOB DESCRIPTION:

Support the execution of bank-wide transformation initiatives by translating strategic priorities into actionable workstreams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
n
Enable effective program governance, stakeholder coordination, and benefits tracking to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value and sustained impact.
n
Support development of program charters, detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones aligned with strategic priorities.
n
Assist in defining KPIs, value drivers, and success metrics for transformation initiatives.
n
Track program budgets, utilization, and cost-benefit alignment.
n
Identify and manage risks/issues, escalations, and trade-offs; drive timely leadership decisions to unblock delivery.
n
Track outcomes and perks (financial and non-financial) via KPI dashboards, value trees, and perks realization reviews.
n
Support preparation of business cases and perks realization frameworks.




n
Ensure transformation initiatives improve customer experience, TAT, and service quality.
n
Coordinate with Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, HR, and Finance teams.
n
Support senior leadership with dashboards, reports, and progress updates.
n
Ensure adherence to internal governance frameworks, regulatory guidelines, and reporting standards.
n
Drive structured program management practices (RAID logs, trackers, governance decks).
n

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

n

n
5–8 years of experience in banking, financial services, consulting, or transformation roles
n
Exposure to program management or strategic initiatives preferred
n

n

Educational Qualification:

n

n
Essential: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from reputed institution with specialization in Strategy, Finance, or Banking
n
Preferred: Additional professional qualifications such as CFA, CA, or equivalent
n
