About the Role

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Trainer / Mentor with strong practical knowledge of UX Design, UI Design, and current industry trends. The candidate will train and mentor students, including career-focused learners, and help them become job-ready designers.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct practical UI/UX training sessions.
Strong focus on UX Design and User Research .
Teach UI Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, Design Systems, and Usability.
Guide students through real-world projects and portfolios.
Provide design feedback and career guidance.
Stay updated with current UI/UX industry and market trends .
Mentor students for interviews and career transitions.
Introduce relevant modern design and AI tools.

Requirements




3+ years of UI/UX design or training experience.
Solid UX knowledge and practical design skills.
Good understanding of current UI/UX industry trends.
Robust Figma skills.
Knowledge of modern design and AI tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in Tamil – Mandatory.
Positive professional communication in English .
Ability to effectively teach and mentor Tamil-speaking students .
Ability to handle students from different backgrounds and experience levels.
Portfolio showcasing UI/UX work is preferred.
