Job Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
Monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement and civil works as per approved drawings.
Hands-on experience in Mivan Shuttering will be preferred.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site engineers.
Ensure proper manpower, material and equipment utilization.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Maintain quality standards and ensure work is executed as per specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections and report execution issues.
Coordinate with civil, structural and finishing teams.
Ensure compliance with site safety and quality requirements.

Candidate Profile




B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering.
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in building construction.
Experience in High-Rise Residential / Commercial Projects preferred.
Knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement and civil execution.
Mivan Shuttering experience will be an added advantage.
Positive manpower handling and site coordination skills.
Candidates from construction/developer/contractor companies preferred.
