Job Title: CC&B; Techno Functional Consultant

Required Skillset: Oracle C2M.

Location: Kolkata

Experience Range: 6+ years

Job Description:

n

Must Have:

n
5+ years of Experience on Oracle C2M or CC&B; and MDM functional like customer service, billing, OUI framework, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OU framework, integration with CC&B;

n
Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, current connections etc.

n
Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals

n
Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches,



algorithms and plug in points

n
Experience in Solution Design and support Positive communication Skills

n

Valuable To Have:

n
Functional Knowledge on utility industry

n
Experience on managing Commercial and Industrial utility customers Stakeholder Management

n

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

1 Oracle C2M/ CC&B; and MDM Solution Design, development and support

2 Testing execution
