Role:Customer success associate (outbound voice process)

We are hiring Fresh Graduates for customer-facing and operations roles in the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
Follow up for pending documents, payments, and information.
Verify customer documents for accuracy and completeness.
Update customer information in internal systems.
Assist with repayment-related queries and follow-ups.
Remind overdue customers about pending payments politely.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and updates.
Maintain qualified communication and customer service standards.

Eligibility:
Fresh Graduates from any stream.
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.(Mandatory)
Knowledge of an additional regional language is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable with phone-based customer interaction.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Note: Final designation and responsibilities will be based on the selected role and business requirements.
