Role/Responsibilities:
In House Training Design & Delivery (TNA / TNI, Planning & Organizing Trainings Calendars, Training Delivery, Self-Development Initiatives, AD HOC Trainings, HR Induction)
Content Development & Module Designing
Brand Training – Coordination & Execution (Liaising with Buying Team & Brands to schedule the session, execution & feedback)
Customer Service (Feedback ID, Feedback Tracker, Customer Satisfaction. Brand coordination)
Designing Communication & execution of (Employee Engagement activities, Festive Occasions etc.)
Safety Protocol Audit (Checking CCTV, Coordinating with Team, Engaging Team)
