About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our GSP vertical at upGrad. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Agency Recruitment Management and a solid grasp of industry trends to inform strategic planning for B2B Sales in the Study Abroad space.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and train education agents to effectively represent and promote the brand.
n
Source and onboard agents through fairs,



business trips, inquiries, referrals, and targeted searches.
n
Recruit international students through a B2B agency model (experience preferred).
n
Identify and nurture potential business partners while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
n
Conduct market and client research and engage with key stakeholders in the education industry.
n
Confidently deliver presentations, workshops, and host conferences.
n
Exhibit a solid drive for success and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
