Job Overview:

EFIcyent is looking for a energetic and result-oriented professional with experience in fintech, remittance, forex, or cross-border payments industry. The ideal candidate should have experience handling client relationships, onboarding partners, increasing transaction volumes, and expanding payment corridors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new merchants, partners, aggregators, and corporate clients.
n
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners.
n
Increase transaction volumes across international payment corridors.
n
Coordinate with compliance and operations teams for smooth onboarding and transaction processing.
n
Understand client requirements and provide suitable payout, collection, and FX solutions.
n
Conduct market research and identify current growth opportunities.
n
Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and partnership presentations.
n
Maintain sales pipeline, client records, and reporting updates.
n
Represent EFIcyent during industry events, networking meets, and fintech conferences.
n




Work closely with internal teams to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
n

Requirements

n

n
2+ years of experience in fintech, forex, remittance, payment gateway, or international payments industry.
n
Good understanding of SWIFT transfers, payouts, collections, settlement cycles, and FX.
n
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
n
Experience handling B2B clients and strategic partnerships.
n
Familiarity with AML/KYC onboarding processes is preferred.
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fintech workplace.
n
Existing network within fintech or payments ecosystem is an added advantage.
n
Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
n
