We are seeking 6 detail-oriented and active Accountants with solid exposure in CA firms to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should be well-versed in day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and comfortable operating on cloud accounting platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Statutory Compliance
End-to-end processing and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, & reconciliation).
TDS calculation, deduction, and filing of quarterly returns.
Monthly payroll compliance including PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT) filings.

Core Accounting:
Day-to-day voucher entry, ledger scrutinies, and bank reconciliations in Zoho Books
Finalization support for monthly/quarterly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).

Communication & Coordination:




Coordinating with clients to gather financial documents, resolve queries, and share compliance updates.
Transparent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi/Marathi.

Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 1 to 2 years of mandatory experience in a CA Firm environment (Articleship experience can be considered if handled core compliance).

Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience in Zoho Books (Tally experience is a plus).

Education: B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA (Semi-Qualified).

Skills: Solid grasp of GST rules, TDS sections, basic taxation laws, and valuable Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
