Role Description This full-time remote Junior Graphic Designer role focuses on supporting the design team with the creation of visual assets for digital and print channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and presentations, as well as assisting with layout design and preparing files for production.

The Junior Graphic

Designer will collaborate with senior designers to refine concepts, ensure consistency with brand guidelines, and apply typography, color, and imagery effectively. The role also involves receiving and implementing feedback, organizing design files,



and coordinating with cross-functional partners to meet deadlines and project requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to support visual identity development.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography to create clear, readable, and visually appealing layouts.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback are important.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment are expected.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work and a foundational understanding of visual design principles is preferred.
- A degree or formal training in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is an asset.
