Junior Hardware Architecture Engineer to support the development of embedded products. The candidate will be responsible for developing the overall hardware architecture, performing engineering calculations, defining hardware requirements, and supporting the Schematic and PCB Design teams. The role requires a strong understanding of electronics, embedded systems, power architecture, component selection, and hardware interfaces, along with the ability to review and validate hardware designs.

Key Responsibilities: Develop the complete hardware architecture for embedded systems based on product and system requirements. Create system-level block diagrams, define functional hardware blocks, interfaces, and power architecture. Develop and review the power tree, including input power, protection, regulators, voltage rails, sequencing, and power distribution.

Perform electrical and hardware design calculations for voltage, current, power, component ratings, power dissipation, protection circuits, and design margins. Select and evaluate electronic components based on electrical requirements, reliability, availability, cost, and application needs. Provide hardware architecture and design requirements to the Schematic Design team.

Review schematics for functionality, connectivity, component selection, power, interfaces, protection, and design requirements. Provide architecture and layout requirements to the PCB Design team. Review PCB layouts for power distribution, grounding, critical signals, component placement, thermal considerations, and overall compliance with the hardware architecture.

Work closely with Firmware, Mechanical, Test,



and Manufacturing teams to define and implement system-level hardware requirements. Support prototype board bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation. Analyze hardware issues, identify root causes, and support corrective actions.

Prepare and maintain hardware architecture documents, block diagrams, calculations, design reviews, and technical documentation.

Technical Skills and Expertise: Strong fundamentals in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Good understanding of analog and digital electronics. Understanding of embedded system architecture and microcontrollers.

Good understanding of power supplies, DC/DC converters, LDOs, and power-tree design. Ability to read and understand schematics and component datasheets. Ability to perform electrical and hardware design calculations.

Understanding of common interfaces such as IC, SPI, UART, USB, CAN, GPIO, ADC/DAC, and PWM. Basic understanding of PCB layout, grounding, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC considerations. Basic hardware debugging experience using a multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, and other laboratory equipment.

Familiarity with Altium Designer, OrCAD/Cadence, KiCad, or similar EDA tools. Basic knowledge of Embedded-C or Python is preferred.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field. 02 years of experience in electronics hardware, embedded systems, or hardware architecture. Fresh graduates with robust electronics fundamentals and relevant academic/project experience may also be considered. Hands-on experience with embedded platforms such as STM32, ESP32, Arduino, Nordic, or similar microcontrollers is preferred.
