About the Role

: We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented

Junior Graphic Designer with a robust digital-first mindset. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing high-performing creatives for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, performance marketing, and product communication. This role requires someone who can translate brand strategy into compelling visual experiences while working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging creatives for digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

- Create static and motion-ready assets for social media, performance marketing, CRM, websites, landing pages, and app promotions.

- Develop campaign concepts and visual identities that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

- Design digital assets including banners, infographics, presentations, emailers, app store creatives, and promotional materials.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, product, and growth teams to deliver high-quality creatives within timelines.

- Ensure consistency of visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and platform-specific best practices.





- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

:

- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with digital-first or consumer internet brands.

- Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social media content, branding, and performance marketing creatives.

- Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

and

Figma

.

- Working knowledge of

After Effects, Premiere Pro

, or motion graphics is an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, visual storytelling,

and

UI-friendly design principles

.

- Ability to interpret marketing briefs and convert them into impactful visual communication.

- Familiarity with

AI-assisted design tools such as

Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT,

or similar creative tools is preferred.

Preferred Background

:

- Experience working with startups, digital-first businesses, D2C brands, or consumer technology companies.

- Exposure to performance marketing creatives with an understanding of creative testing and optimization.

- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and consumer insights.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
