We are looking for a Junior Executive - Performance Marketing D2C to manage and optimize paid campaigns for partner and in-house D2C/eCommerce brands and support lead generation for Amplicomm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversions.

- Support budget planning, marketing plans, and performance reporting.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.

- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.

- Support conversion optimization, remarketing, A/B testing, and lead generation.

- Collaborate with internal teams on campaign and website optimization.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media,



or related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.

- Hands-on exposure to Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Understanding of eCommerce/D2C business models.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Positive knowledge of campaign optimization, data analysis, reporting, and conversion funnels.

- Experience with a D2C brand, eCommerce company, agency, or startup is preferred.

Good to Have:

- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / Digital Marketing certification.

- Knowledge of remarketing, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
