- Conduct incoming inspection of all materials received from the warehouse as per approved drawings, specifications, inspection standards, and sampling plans.

- Verify dimensions, visual quality , and functional requirements using calibrated measuring instruments and ensure compliance with quality requirements.

- Identify , Segregate, and report non-conforming materials by raising NCRs and coordinating with Stores, Purchase teams.

- Follow up with suppliers for timely submissions of Root Cause Analysis(RCA),Corrective and Preventive Action(CAPA),and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.

- Collect,verify,and maintain supplier quality documents such as Material Test Certificate(MTC),Test Certificate,Dimensional Inspection Reports,Heat Treatment Certificates,and other applicable records.





- Prepare First Article Inspection(FAI),reports and presentations for current parts,new suppliers, and existing parts sourced from new suppliers.

- Maintain accurate inward inspection records ,update ERP/MIS system,and ensure complete traceability of inspection data and supplier documents.

- Ensure all incoming material comply with the latest engineering drawing revision, purchase order requirements, and applicable quality standards before release to production.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Purchase, Stores, and Production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely disposition of rejected materials.

- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel,Word,Power Point, and ERP Systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
