We are looking for a driven, organised and people-oriented Junior HR Executive to support our growing team and help build a professional, disciplined and positive workplace environment.

Work Location

MG Road, near Trinity Metro Station, Bengaluru

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Depending on skills, experience and performance

Key Responsibilities

- Support the complete employee lifecycle , including joining, onboarding, documentation and exit formalities
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files and attendance records
- Coordinate recruitment and hiring activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Coordinate with department heads and management on staffing and manpower requirements
- Conduct employee onboarding and ensure all joining documentation is completed
- Track attendance, leave, late coming and other employee records
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, increment letters and other HR documents
- Support payroll-related coordination and provide accurate attendance and leave information
- Handle employee queries and assist in resolving day-to-day HR matters
- Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures and workplace standards
- Support performance reviews, employee feedback and disciplinary processes
- Assist in organising employee training, meetings and engagement activities
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
- Help develop and maintain a professional,



disciplined and positive work culture

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, administration or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of basic HR processes and employment documentation
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and following up with employees and managers
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic office tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally
- Strong follow-up skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to communicate firmly yet professionally when implementing company policies
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field is preferred
- Experience in education, hospitality, retail, food & beverage or other people-intensive businesses will be an advantage
