About Us

Law Offices of Kumar & Goel is a litigation-focused law firm with offices in Delhi, Allahabad, Jaipur & Mumbai handling a broad range of civil, criminal, and commercial matters before courts across Delhi NCR and Rajasthan. Our practice spans criminal defence, commercial disputes, recovery suits, cyber law, and matters under special statutes including the NI Act, SARFAESI Act, and POCSO Act.

About the Role

We are looking for Junior Associates to join our Delhi and Jaipur offices to work closely with us on litigation, drafting, and case strategy across our civil and criminal practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting pleadings, applications, petitions, replies, and legal notices
- Conducting legal research and case law verification (SCC Online, Manupatra, Indian Kanoon)
- Assisting in preparation for hearings, including briefs and case chronologies
- Appearing before District Courts, and assisting in matters before the High Court, as required
- Client interaction and case status updates under senior supervision




- Coordinating with local counsel, court staff, and clients on procedural matters

Requirements

- LL.B. from a recognized university; enrolled with the Bar Council of [Delhi/Rajasthan, as applicable]
- 2–3 years of litigation experience (freshers with strong drafting/research skills encouraged to apply)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Sound understanding of CrPC/BNSS, CPC, and the Evidence Act/BSA
- Willingness to appear before courts and travel within the city as required
- Prior internship experience in litigation chambers preferred
