About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Junior Associate who thrives on variety. You'll be the operational backbone of a fast-moving team — handling data, numbers, and whatever the day throws at you.

What You'll Do

- Data entry, cleaning, formatting, and basic analysis in Excel/Google Sheets

- Assist with routine accounts work — invoices, expense tracking, reconciliations

- Support senior team members with research, reporting, and presentations

- Handle ad hoc tasks and one-off projects with speed and ownership

- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

- Graduate in Commerce, BAF, or any related field

- Solid Excel skills — Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas

- Advanced knowledge of Tally ( MUST)

- Comfortable with numbers and basic bookkeeping concepts

- Fast learner, detail-oriented, and proactive

- Good written and verbal communication

- 1-2 years of experience
