Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural design principles, drafting tools, and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience across large scale diverse projects under the guidance of senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models under supervision
- Support site analysis and design development




- Prepare working drawings, construction details, and presentation materials
- Coordinate with senior architects, structural/MEP consultants, and contractors
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance
- Assist in preparing project documentation, BOQs, and material specifications
- Research building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards
- Support in client presentations and design proposal preparation
- Stay updated with current architectural trends, materials, and construction techniques

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
- Valid Council of Architecture (COA) registration (or eligibility to register)
- 0–1 year of experience (internship experience mandatory)

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Working knowledge of rendering tools (Blender, V-Ray) is a plus
- Positive understanding of building materials, construction methods, and codes
- Basic knowledge of sustainable design practices
