- Male, maximum age 35
- Minimum Agricultural Vocational High School graduate, or experienced in agriculture, agronomy, and planting
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with stakeholders (farmers, farmer group leaders) in the local community
- Ability to understand the business of PT.

Sentosa and its value proposition, as well as sell solutions to farmers and influence their purchasing decisions

- Highly results-oriented to achieve set targets
- High work motivation and good communication skills
- Able to work individually and in a team
- Valuable stakeholder management skills
- Own a personal vehicle and a motorcycle driving license (SIM C)
- Preferably domiciled in the placement area, a local resident/native of the area
