We are looking for a skilled and multi-tasking Junior Accountant to manage our daily financial operations. You will handle full-cycle basic accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Compulsory hands-on experience in managing Delivery Challans (DC) and e-Way Bills is required alongside core accounting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Core Accounting: Maintain general ledgers, post daily journal entries, and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

Tax Compliance: Prepare and assist in filing GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 2B reconciliation) and calculating TDS/TCS deductions.

DC & Waybill Operations: Generate, verify, and track Delivery Challans (DC) and e-Way Bills on the government portal for goods movement.

Banking & Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations (BRS) and verify vendor/customer ledger statements.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding payments, and issue receipts.

Month-End Support:



Assist senior accountants in inventory valuation, expense auditing, and preparing data for final balance sheets.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of comprehensive accounting experience covering bookkeeping, taxation, and logistics documentation.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.

Software Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Tally Prime (or similar ERP systems), government tax portals, and MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of statutory compliances, Indian accounting standards, GST laws, and transit rules.

Soft Skills: High accuracy in data entry, strong analytical skills, and ability to meet strict tax deadlines.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
