Junior Accountant – Construction King

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Graduation in Commerce or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Maintain and update ledgers, cash book and bank book.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Verify bills, expenses and payment-related documents.
- Support monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.




- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related queries.
- Assist the senior accounts team in daily accounting and reporting activities.

Key Skills: Basic Accounting, Tally/Accounting Software, MS Excel, GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Maintenance, Invoicing, Data Entry, Financial Documentation, Attention to Detail.

Preferred

Experience in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, trading or building materials industry will be an advantage, with positive knowledge of accounting processes and hands-on experience in Tally and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
