About the Role

VentureBridge Business Solutions LLP is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support the company's online marketing activities, social media presence, content promotion, lead generation, and digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, comfortable working with digital platforms, and willing to learn and take responsibility for different areas of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing activities across relevant online platforms.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.
- Create and coordinate social media content, including posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Assist in developing monthly content calendars and digital marketing plans.
- Conduct keyword, market, audience, and competitor research.
- Support SEO activities to improve online visibility and website performance.
- Assist in planning and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Track engagement, reach, leads, website traffic, and other relevant digital marketing metrics.
- Identify new digital marketing trends, content ideas, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members for content creation.
- Assist in lead generation through digital channels.
- Maintain and update digital marketing records and reports.
- Ensure content is aligned with the company's brand, services, and target audience.




- Perform other marketing and promotional activities assigned by management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a similar role.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge, certifications, internships, or practical experience may also apply.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or similar tools is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Willingness to learn new digital marketing tools and techniques.
