Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Koramangala, Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities, including partnerships, referral networks, and corporate relationships to drive patient acquisition and revenue growth for Birla Fertility &

- IVF.

The Business Development

Manager will conduct market research, analyze local competition, and develop targeted outreach strategies in alignment with the organization’s brand and clinical positioning. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential partners, managing key accounts,



coordinating with clinical and marketing teams, and tracking performance against sales and growth targets. The role also involves preparing business proposals, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and representing the organization at events and community initiatives to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related services.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and negotiation to develop and sustain referral and corporate networks.
- Capability in market analysis, data-driven decision-making, and reporting to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clinical, operations, and marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and meet business targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using CRM software, productivity tools, and standard office applications for documentation, planning, and reporting.
- Prior experience in fertility, IVF, hospitals, or clinics is beneficial, along with sensitivity and professionalism in patient-facing contexts.
