Job Responsibilities
- Handle jewellery and diamond product sales to customers.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Generate sales leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Stay updated on jewellery designs, diamonds, gold products, pricing, and market trends.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, diamond, gold, or luxury retail sales.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office/CRM.
- Knowledge of diamonds and jewellery products will be an advantage.
