Key Responsibilities

- Assortment &
- Collection Planning:

Design and curate seasonal product lines, managing product mix, pricing tiers, and style depth.

- Inventory &

- Stock Management:

Monitor stock rotation, analyze stock ageing, and balance inventory distribution across retail showrooms or e-commerce platforms.

- Design &

- Production Coordination:

Work closely with CAD, design, and manufacturing teams to turn concepts into cost-efficient, sellable SKUs.

- Sales Analysis &

- Forecasting:

Evaluate past sales data, track bestsellers versus slow movers, and forecast future demand to optimize margins. ]

- Vendor &

- Sourcing Management:

Coordinate with external suppliers, gemstone vendors, and export clients to maintain quality and delivery timelines.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of gold weights, diamond grading,



gemstone properties, and manufacturing costs.

- Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting tools for stock and sales analysis.

- Communication &
- Negotiation:

Robust interpersonal skills to manage vendor relations and coordinate across departments.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree , Business Administration, Jewelry Design, or completion of specialized programs from institutes like NIFT or GIA.

- Experience: Typically 5 to 15 years of retail, D2C, or export merchandising experience within the jewellery sector.
