Qualification: Degree in Jewellery Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts or relevant field

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jewellery Designer to join our premium jewellery business. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail and a passion for creating elegant and sophisticated jewellery designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create innovative and aesthetically appealing jewellery designs.
- Develop design concepts, sketches and jewellery collections.
- Understand jewellery proportions, gemstones, settings and finishing.
- Modify designs based on management and client requirements.
- Coordinate with production/manufacturing teams for design feasibility.
- Assist in developing customised and exclusive jewellery designs.
- Maintain proper records of designs, revisions and specifications.
- Research current jewellery trends, designs and luxury market preferences.
- Ensure accuracy in design details, measurements and proportions.
- Support the team in developing premium jewellery collections.

- Strong aesthetic sense with excellent visualisation, sketching and conceptualisation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in proportions, measurements and design specifications.




- Valuable understanding of gemstones, settings, materials, craftsmanship and production feasibility.
- Ability to transform design briefs and client requirements into elegant, practical and commercially appealing designs.
- Strong awareness of jewellery, fashion and luxury-market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Adaptable and receptive to feedback, with the ability to refine designs based on requirements.
- Proactive, organised and responsible, with good time management and ownership of assigned work.
- Professional, positive and growth-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously develop design expertise.

Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Jewellery Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts or relevant field.
- Freshers with strong design skills are welcome.
- Creative mindset with excellent visualisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of jewellery design software/CAD will be an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for luxury jewellery and design.
- Ability to understand and execute design briefs.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a premium jewellery environment.

Note: Working hours and weekly offs will be as per the requirements and operating schedule of the retail jewellery business.
